This short course is designed for the Agency TAC Officer, Local Admin or Local Contributor. These users will either creating Agency User Accounts or playing a roll in administrative or clerical needs. It is sugggested that each level of participant from your agency attend at the same training.
Training Laptop computers will be provided as well as any handout materials. Whether you are proficient in user enrollment or just beginning to enroll your agency, this is a good opportunity to expand your knowledge for this role.
If your agency has an existing Assistant TAC, or will have one participating in creating or maintaining user accounts, it is recommended they also attend.
